Peter Adamson, author of the History of Philosophy Without Any Gaps, will discuss the reception of Avicenna in the Islamic world, and the status of Islamic thought in contemporary philosophy.

Peter Adamson is Professor of Philosophy at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
